عاجل/ مفوضية الاتحاد الافريقي تؤكد بأن المغرب لن يشارك في القمة القادمة و السبب

نشرت مفوضية الإتحاد الإفريقي على موقعها الرسمي على الانترنت, بلاغا صحفيا أكدت فيه أن المغرب لن يكون مشاركا في القمة القادمة المزمع انعقادها نهاية الشهر, حسب ما أبلغه الإتحاد رسميا للمغرب اليوم السبت.

وجاء في البلاغ "ﻓﻘﺪ ﻧﺎﻗﺶ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺋﻴﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﺠﻨﺔ ﺍﻻﻓﺮﻳﻘﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪﺓ ﺯﻭﻣﺎ ﻭﻭﺯﻳﺮﺍﻟﺨﺎﺭﺟﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﺰﻭﺍﺭ، ﻃﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﻐﺮﺏ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻻﻧﻀﻤﺎﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻻﺗﺤﺎﺩ ﺍﻷﻓﺮﻳﻘﻲ . ﻭﺃﻃﻠﻊ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﻳﺮﺍﻟﻤﻐﺮﺑﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻮﻓﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﻓﻖ ﻟﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺍﺗﺨﺬﺕ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻌﻞ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻺﺟﺮﺍﺀﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮﺹ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﺳﻴﺴﻲ."

وأبان نص البلاغ أن "الوزير مزوار أُبْلِغَ ﺑﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻄﻠﺐ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻢ ﻭﺿﻌﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﺪﻭﻝ ﺃﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﻗﻤﺔ ﺭﺅﺳﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺎﺕ، ﻭﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﺳﺘﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﺤﺪ ﺍﻷﺩﻧﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻝ ﺍﻷﻋﻀﺎﺀ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﺗﺤﺎﺩ ﺍﻷﻓﺮﻳﻘﻲ. ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻥ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺭ ﺭﺳﻤﻴﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻐﺮﺑﻴﺔ، ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻘﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺮﺭ ﻋﻘﺪﻩ ﻓﻲ 31-30 ﻳﻨﺎﻳﺮ ﻋﺎﻡ 2017" . و هذا نص البلاغ الصحفي باللغة الإنجليزية:

28th AU Summit

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – 26 January 2017: The African Union Commission Chairperson, H.E. Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma received a delegation from the Kingdom of Morocco, led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Salaheddine Mezouar. They met on Thursday, 26 January 2017, at the AU Headquarters on the margins of the 28th Ordinary Assembly of Heads of State and Government . The Chairperson of the Commission and the Minister discussed the status of Morocco's request to accede to the Constitutive Act and join the African Union. The Chairperson briefed the Minister and his delegation on the steps already taken in line with the procedures as stipulated in the Constitutive Act .

The Chairperson informed the Minister that the request has been put on the agenda of the Summit of Heads of State and Government, upon receiving the requisite minimum from AU Member States. The decision will be officially communicated to the Kingdom of Morocco, after the Summit meeting scheduled for 30-31 January 2017
